七月西餐四節堂
六月尾教程已經開始排得滿滿,雖然一連四節嘅西廚課有點霸道,但報左就當比自己唞唞~ 四節西廚課,基本上所有講得出嘅紅汁、白汁、沙律醬、茄醬都講灑~ 覺得最簡單嘅係清雞湯,南瓜凍湯,南法風味香煎銀雪魚,同青醬焗蠔等。 最開心係識咗鬼佬馬友鍉魚,西餐三寶,黃汁粉,同新信興;仲各種行騙式肉類塑型執靚啲嘅手法。😂 去片~

葡國菜
每個月上一堂烹飪班,係我 2023 嘅小小目標。生活太忙,太多事要兼顧。學好一味菜,搵個時間喺屋企實習,一個月,差唔多啦~ 🤭 今次學做葡國菜,有:葡國雞,葡式烤豬,咖哩炒蟹,同葡式炒蜆。現場睇師傅整野食,聽佢嘅經驗之談,睇佢煮菜嘅手勢。只要尊業,就值得欣賞同尊重~ Take one cookery class every month is one of my many goals in 2023.
