Everything but music

閱讀，同自身經歷，永遠係最好嘅老師。係我哋成長嘅教育制度底下，大多數人往往未能夠認清自身嘅需要，同理自己，更莫講話同理對方嘅感受/了解，揣測並確認對方需要啲咩。關係無法成長，問題總是無發解決，最後覆水難收。

呢本書真係教識咗我好多嘢，亦回顧返好多。好好記住，努力實行。😊 Such is life, keep calm and carry on.

Reading, and our own experience, are always the best teachers. Under the education system we grew up in, we are often unable to recognize our own needs and empathize with ourselves, let alone speak and empathize with the other person’s feelings/understanding, guess and confirm what the other person needs. Relationships can’t grow, and words can’t be undone.

This book really taught me a lot, and recall a lot. Remember it well and work hard to practice it. 😊 Such is life, keep calm and carry on.
